Having gone through all the automated questions I then had to answer questions from customer services which I had to tell her that I would have to look up on my account then once that was cleared I then just was told to return the item not about how this may affect my business with loss of earnings from not being able to use the tools that I purchased or getting a replacement before I send the faulty item back just return it very poor service
