Great communication with head office who confirmed the appointment the day before. The gutter cleaner rang ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He was extremely helpful as he cleaned the gutters well, cleared up after himself and checked the condition of the roof. Overall, this is a lovely firm who clearly value and respect their customers.

Craig was courteous and ensured that we were aware of the process and took pictures of the gutters to show what he had to deal with. We had only moved in a few weeks earlier and were aware that the gutters had been neglected for a considerable period as indicated by the grass growing in one corner and the fact that they regularly overflowed due to blocked downpipes. Despite their condition Craig cleared all the debris, reset the end gutter piece, cleared up any mess that had been made and advised us of future work that may be required due to the previous lack of gutter cleaning. Have no issue about using the company again
