The first time I have used Ben's Gutters and I found them very efficient. The guy was spot on time and very courteous, hard working and helpful. I had my gutters cleared and fascias washed and the result is first class. I will use again in the future.

This was the first time I have used this company, encouraged by their great reviews. A few suggestions for others. 1. Check the approximate amount of work to be done for the cost quoted. I was quoted pound190, for what turned out to be about 45 minutes of work for one worker. Also I was not given the option of paying after completion.2. Check what exactly will be done. I requested gutter clearance and cleaning. But the email quote did not even specify that detail. If you expect the gutters to be cleaned inside as well as out, make sure that is explicit. Mine are still filthy.3. Again, clearance of debris. Debris left on my flat roof that was not left before.4. Be aware if they use your outside tap for washing, this may not be softened water and will stain any windows sprayed whilst they doing the job.I did complain, and was told I received what I asked and paid for. No refund was offered. I am so disappointed with this engagement.
