"The business is a joke"

I asked for an afternoon booking for a premium service. They at first agreed to 2:00pm but then re-arranged the booking to arrive between 4 and 6pm. Not much time for a premium service? At 6pm, at the beginning of March its almost dark. I rang them to say that I didn't think they would get the job done before darkness. They reassured me that it would be fine. On the day of the service they called me at 5:45pm to say they couldn't come.Totally let down, disappointed with a very poor service. Waste of time..

Really pleased with our service from Ben's Gutters. We had our gutters cleaned quickly and easily by a super friendly and efficient chap. From my initial phone enquiry through to booking and payment, it was all super easy and reassuring. Very reasonably priced so didn't hesitate to book, I was pleasantly surprised that we could have the same day service as they had availability and I'm really happy with the results. We've since had heavy rain and saw a real difference.
