Pernias quality of clothing and customer service has gone down A LOT. In the past, I have been able to return clothes that did not fit or look good on me (a norm of online shopping). Now they make up policies and excuses (like discounts means you cannot return an outfit even though the discount applies on the website if you spend a certain amount of money) to make sure they take your money and leave you with bad quality clothing and no recourse. They make up large return shipping expenses to return the outfits and then only offer store credit. Why would they expect me to buy anything from them again after the way they treated me? I DO NOT recommend Pernias to anyone. You might be better off going straight to the designers site. I haven t tried Aza yet but maybe they re better as well- I will be shopping anywhere but Pernias from now on.

I ordered a lengha online cost me ropee 444.00 only to get a message from DHL to inform me that I have to pay another ropee 156.80 import tax. I was never informed what the Import tax would be at th time of placing my order. As a consumer this is misleading, surely if you supply to customers abroad you should know what taxes will apply. This allows the consumer to make an informed decision. I will never order from Perina Popup Shop again. I have ordered from other company's in India and never had to pay import tax.
