He was prompt, efficient and courteous. However, as a company Penia needs to be more proactive in keeping the customers informed about the delivery sttus of the order palced, especially overseas ones. We shouldn't have to chase them up.

I had my order delivered very quickly but the zipper came damaged, I reported this and they organised a Euro40 store credit for me to get it fixed. I was helped by Riddhi who was very helpful and arranged this for me.

Ridhi was very kind and helpful when I called with an issue about my custom sized dress. She heard me out, and helped me find a solution. Her service was 5 stars.The only thing that was difficult for me was the sizing issue with my dress. I've ordered many dresses at many different websites, and it was my first time ordering at Pernia's. I was excited because I've only heard good things, but somehow my skirt and blouse ended up being short. I would recommend using the option to call them so you can learn how they want you to measure, as opposed to doing it on your own if it's your first time.
