I had a sizing issue with the clothes I purchased. But the service team member that I reached out to, Mr. Jigar Doshi was extremely helpful. He had to go back and forth with the designers a few times but he got the issue resolved. He was truly professional, helpfuland was very easy to work with. This isn t my first time shopping with them, but their Indian fashion offerings keep up with the fashion trends in India at the moment. They customer service is fantastic too. Hrithik, their customer service agent in particular, does a great job following up and keeping me in the loop of when the order was received, when I can expect it to arrive and updates me when it is on the way.
