I am in another country and I wanted to access my account from a new phone. I spoke to one person who helped me by correcting an error in how my phone number had been recorded. Then I had a problem with following the prompts so I called and spoke to another person who was able to relieve my mind with her suggestions. I was very frustat my problem but they both had the ability to patiently help me anyway. Great Basin has always been so wonderful to deal with whether in person or over the phone.

The customer service (tellers behind the counter)was a 99%. I would have liked to have been considered for a lower interest rate, since I had been punctual on all payments. I still have a savings account there also.
