I was very pleased with the way Great Basin helped me when I had lost my debit card. When I explained the problem the manager was very quick to explainhow it could be fixed very quickly and simply, without making me feel foolish for letting it happened. He then ask me just a few questions and right away he issued me a new debit card and asked if I needed cash for the day because it takes a few hours for the card to activate, thereby saving me embarrassment, in case I tried to use it to quickly. I have a hard time when I go into the bank to pay our (Husband and I) lease. Because I'm listed second on the lease. The counter customer service gives me a hard time every single time I pay. I have to wait at least 5 min or more for them to finally find my name so I can make my payment. Also, I'm not able to create an online account for electronic payments because I'm listed second on the lease. I called customer service who told me "you're not listed first, so it's like your kind of not our first priority."
