"I was very pleased with the way Great."

I was very pleased with the way Great Basin helped me when I had lost my debit card. When I explained the problem the manager was very quick to explainhow it could be fixed very quickly and simply, without making me feel foolish for letting it happened. He then ask me just a few questions and right away he issued me a new debit card and asked if I needed cash for the day because it takes a few hours for the card to activate, thereby saving me embarrassment, in case I tried to use it to quickly. Great customer service again, thank you. Bill Warner

"Don't ever be listed as second on your lease"

I have a hard time when I go into the bank to pay our (Husband and I) lease. Because I'm listed second on the lease. The counter customer service gives me a hard time every single time I pay. I have to wait at least 5 min or more for them to finally find my name so I can make my payment. Also, I'm not able to create an online account for electronic payments because I'm listed second on the lease. I called customer service who told me "you're not listed first, so it's like your kind of not our first priority."

I went on a Saturday and website and sign on door said should be open but lobby was closed. I used atm to do deposit. Was very pleased with professional and courteous service. Only four star because lobby wasn't open when it was 11am. Other than that was great visit
