Great Basin is a great credit union. They have financed both of my cars and offer additional support tools to make sure you have a great success.

Overall I am pleased. The only negative experience I had was trying to refinance my home loan to a lower rate. Due to my situation I needed to talk to someone and I had to wait for a 3rd party to call me. I never got a call so I went elsewhere. Due to the time lost waiting the internet rate went up a bit. There should be a direct way to call the lender. Also I wish the atm gave bill choices vs giving all $20.00 bills. I use greater nv credit union since they give choices.

The people who work at This company are super friendly and helpful. I have also found that if I call in with a question and the person I am talking to does not know the answer they will find someone who does know it. I appreciate their honesty. Good work to everyone.

If I needed help with a loan my request was always considered and approved quickly and I can t imagine banking anywhere else. I would recommend This company to anyone looking to establish a long term relationship with a bank.
