Cashier argued with me about removing my face mask for identification purposes. When I said I did not feel comfortable doing that and handed her my bank card and my drivers license as identification she threatened to not complete my transaction until I removed my mask. Customer next to me was not forced to remove his mask he just showed photo ID. She told me, "You are in safest place in the world to be removing your mask." Less than week later I was positive for Covid 19. If I got it from your bank I don't know but I only went there the one time and to work. Nowhere else. I have been with your credit union for years but I am thinking about changing banks due to poor customer service and fact we are now being charged for cashiers checks.
