I have been a member @ This company for at least 40 years. They have always maintained a standard of high quality service. It feels like that small town bank where everyone knows your name. They have helped me through the most difficult times of my life. I am so thankful to have picked them as my credit union so long ago.

John at the main branch was awesome. I went in to open a new checking account. Now mind you I was on my lunch break. Let me tell you, he got me in and out in about 30 minutes and took care of another issue for me. Explained everything thoroughly so I understood. Great customer service.

These banks want to be known for publicity and money , my experience with them not good , I don t ask for a much just a smile and not a fake smile like they have to . I make my payment on the 25th of every month and they take interest and principal. If I happen to pay a doctor bill of 140.00 with my credit card on the first of the following month and then debit my checking account toward the credit card to pay the doctor bill of 140.00 they take interest again right then instead of waiting for the 25th of the month again...These people are screwy!!!
