Excellent customer service. All bugs fix quick. They are on it! They respond quick. Now moving on to the wallet. Has a ton of coins. Able to collect NEO GAS and BTT airdrop. No need for "hodl" on an exchange. I am very pleased with this simple wallet that packs a punch!

I keep trying to send eos and it is giving me an error. After performing all of the said suggestions it still holds my money hostage. Apparently its a large load but still its been 3 days guys why isnt this fixed? Not happy. In hindsight I should have gone another route. I really wish this wallet worked right because they did such a nice job adding stake and other features but forgot about the basics. I need liquidity on my 20 coins lol
