I've been working with cryptocurrencies and over 20 wallets and exchanges over the last six years and as best I can recall, the tech support I received from Terminal Wallet is the best I've encountered.- Very responsive (minutes to hours)- Responded to my actual problem, not some misinterpretation or generic response- Technically accurate grasp of the problem- Followed up (without me asking!) as soon as a fix was available (which worked!)- FriendlyI've dealt with very few companies inside or outside crypto that managed all 5 of these. Many are like 1/5 or 0/5.My sincere thanks to Ashley, Alex, Olivia and the others at Terminal who helped make my crypto experience a little more pleasant!

I have been using Terminal wallet for several months. There were never any problems, but today there were problems with sending LISK, that were solved after contacting support. Project support works quickly and efficiently. I will continue to use the wallet and I wish the team all the best. My rating is 5/5.
