"Simple and clean is the way this wallet makes me feel. It's too hard to let go."
I initially jumped into the crypto world headfirst without looking and found out I needed a place to store my stash. Hastily, I did a quick google search and came upon Terminal Wallet.I hit the jackpot. In addition to being a decentralized cold wallet (meaning your private keys are geneand stored offline), AW gives you the ability to do token exchanges and it's fairly straightforward to do so with their partnership with Changelly and Simplex. I'd imagine this is especially good for those who are normally restricted in certain regional jurisdictions.I feel the biggest advantage of this wallet is the seed phrase. When you create a wallet for the first time, it gives you a 12 word seed phrase. This mnemonic seed is what generates the private keys. You can view your private keys and mnemonic seed phrase any time in the settings option after you normally log in. But what makes the mnemonic seed so powerful and convenient is that instead of trying to secure long strings of random numbers for your private keys (you can still do this if you so choose to), you just need secure the mnemonic seed as it's essentially your master key. If your computer is damaged or impaired in any such way, you can still retrieve your account easily by getting access to the Terminal Wallet software on another device and using the mnemonic seed and BOOM! Business as usual. Also note, if you're looking to transfer your keys from Terminal Wallet to another wallet developed by another team, your mnemonic seed won't work. You'll have to export private keys individually. Likewise, you'll have to import your private keys individually from another brand wallet to Terminal Wallet.https://supportDOTterminalwalletDOTio/support/solutions/articles/36000066376-how-can-i-import-a-private-key-in-Terminal-wallet-But bear in mind, if you lose your proverbial master key, and you lose access to your computer or password, your account is lost! The AW development team does not store your private keys or any of your private information on any server else it would defeat the purpose of AW being a cold wallet! The onus is on you to figure out how to make sure your portfolio is secure. A little more info below:https://mediumDOTcom/@terminalwallet/private-keys-13bff897799eLuckily, you can whip out a piece of paper to write it down, or take out 3 pieces of paper and write down 11 of the words on each paper, where each is missing what the other 2 paper pieces has, so you need 2 of the 3 papers. As mentioned here:https://terminalwalletDOTio/how-to-protect-your-fundsPersonally, I forwent the paper idea or others mentioned in the immediately above link and went for a more elegant solution to securing my mnemonic seed phrase; memorization. Now hear me out, 12 random words may seem like a good deal to memorize but first of all (which is rather irrelevant), it's a heck of a lot better than trying to memorize those random strings of private keys. Secondly, and more importantly, this is a prime opportunity to use this mnemonic to conjure a story for easy memorization. This can be done in just 15 minutes and it'll stick in your mind forever (though I do recite it every day a few times a day for paranoia's sake). You can learn about this method here in Joshua Foer's TED talk about the ancient art of memorization (it's literally just use your imagination and past experiences of meaningful places to conjure zany and outrageous stories, ex. the name of his book: Moonwalking with Einstein ):youtubeDOTcom/ watch?v=U6PoUg7jXsAOverall, I'd say this wallet is fantastic, it's simple and clean, and once you understand how it works (and I cannot stress this enough, UNDERSTANDING IS KEY to your own peace of mind) you'll feel quite safe and comfortable. The only qualm I have is that for someone new to the scene, it's daunting and it'd be nice if the team had a little tutorial on what's what, specifically the importance of the mnemonic seed phrase. There's a FAQ on their main site but it'll help having a little optional tutorial when you begin.

"Had a few issues when creating EOS."
Had a few issues when creating EOS wallet but mostly good wallet. Exchange rates are too high; therefore, had to send the coins when needed. I would prefer to exchange within wallet if exchange rate was below 3.5%. Love to see more Terminal swap-able coins/tokens and lower exchange rates!!!

"Its am amazingly great product definately some features could be added to make even better!!"
Definitely a few things I would like to see is 2 factor I see that's in development. Another thing that would be nice is the option to capture a send to wallet address with a phone camera for the mobile app. Also would be nice is when I click on a wallet address is if I click on the name again it could take me to the official website so I can find out more information about them especially useful when trying to learn more about the coins wallet options you offer.
