"Payment never goes through, glitchy verification, long wait times just for it to fail"

Truly one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a financial service. The only good thing is that their customer service is responsive and friendly.I was trying to pay an invoice through Cryptomus with card which integrates with privatecoin. Went to check out, entered my card information, and it said it failed. Came back to try it again and it said that my verification is in progress. I never submitted any information to them to be verified, maybe it is Cryptomus behind the scenes.Anyways, it took about 4 hours for it to show that my verification was successful. I made the mistake of retrying it using other email. Because right after it said I was verified, I opened the payment page again, and it said "verification failed" and their support said that my identity had been verified on another account. But it was not verified on this other account.I decided to try and download their app and make a nice fresh verified account for myself (without going through Cryptomus) using another email. I got through the ID verification part, but the selfie part of the verification in their Android app simply does not work. Earlier in the day, the app simply crashed every time I clicked on the verify button. Later, when I tried to take a selfie, there was no button, and it did not take it automatically even after much waiting and attempts. Luckily, the web version worked.So, after trying different things all day I have a fully verified privatecoin wallet, and I theoretically should be able to pay this invoice. Theoretically. With services ruined by overdone safety systems like this one, there is always a random problem for no reason even when you think there couldn't possibly be one. They are still declining my card every time and I have made sure with my bank that it's not on their end. Customer service had me send pictures of the card to them and said that they can resolve it but they can't give me any timeframe. So I have no idea when I can pay this invoice, or if I will even ever be able to.Edit: they also try to take down negative reviews from here by trying to flag them for review as inauthentic lol

"rE: Help - privatecoin dealing with good company Apollo Group TV"

rE: Transaction ID # 0afb3affef5e06275 - Account info: Ed Arsenault 902 439-7835I subscribed to Apollo Group TV on october 29, 2023 and made payment through bitcoin (through privatecoin) as requested by Apollo Group TV. As of today (Dec 01, 2023) I have not been able to get signed on to Apollo Group TV. I paid in good faith ($136.00 Cdn) for a 6 month subscription and after 1 month still not able to get into my account. I have sent numerous emails, left phone messages on a # that is probably a good operation, spent numerous chat sessions with Apollo trying to get my credentials so I could get signed into my account. All correspondence to them has been in vain. All emails etc. being returned as not deliverable. After 1 month of not being able to make contact with Apollo I have now tried to cancel my subscription as never did get any service from Apollo. Can privatecoin help - as the money was paid through privatecoin. I just want you to know what kind of a company you are representing. All I want is a refund for something I paid for and no services offered. Maybe privatecoin could make contact with them as I have no other recourse to try get what is mine returned. Any help to make contact with them would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to a response. Thanks.Ed Arsenault
