I was able to make a purchase and proceed with my work but then I needed to make another purchase and when I tried using the same credit card that I had just earlier used and was successful I got the message to contact your support.

They ripped me off 12,000$. Save yourself the pain and use one of the many other platforms that are available! I certainly will never use their services again it's the biggest joke of a company. I involved the FCA and ??? LP though the FCA advised to wait but it's been two months already but the latter followed up with the case and my money was refunded peacefully
