I also ordered 2 lights, received only 1, their customer service number does not work, they send you an email of your order which doesn't show your item # or quantity probably on purpose, you can't track your item, it's a joke.

Do NOT order from this website. Their customer service and return policies are terrible. I order 3 light fixtures for $179, when I received them they were too small for the space. I contacted them to return and they sent me an unpaid return label to ship the items back to the Amazon Reseller all the way in Las Vegas, NV. Went to UPS to ship the items back and it was going to cost me $60 to ship them from South Carolina all the way to NV. I then contacted Claxy with my concern of the return cost and they told me they can not help. When ordering lighting online you do not know what it will look like until you see it in the space. I was ok with paying some money to return but not $60 when my order total was $179. I highly recommend ordering lights from a different supplier or directly through Amazon. Claxy customer service will not help you.

Actually the mussing light came in another box the Next day and I texted y'all to let you know I got it and that I was going keep it and return the wrong ones I ordered.
