"I bought these lamps online"

I bought these lamps online, based on the picture. I happened to come across them lit up in a store. Even MORE beautiful!!My only problem was with tracking. I could not do it. The lamps showed up only a few days after I ordered, including a holiday. I just wish I would have known for sure exactly when they were coming.

The bedroom lamp is gorgeous! It looks exactly like what I saw on the website, and the installation was a breeze. The price was also very reasonable. This is my second purchase, and it's just as fantastic as before.

I tried reaching out to this company via email several times with no response.

The pendant was not the right size and they were very accommodating about returning, but I had to pay for return shipping.

You made it very painful to do business with you! Please walk the talk in customer service. I bought two wall bedroom lights that you claimed came you did not sell separate, well, I received one only. You wrote that it was not possible that I only received one, then you blamed the carrier, an internal mistake in your warehouse, told me you shipped the package of two over the 4th July weekend, not true, and in the end I received just one on July 6. Sorry, won't do business with you again.

"To many bubbles in the glass shades"

The fixtures and the hardware are of pretty good quality. The glass shades have too many air bubbles in them though. All three of mine that I ordered have those air bubbles which takes away from the beauty of the product. I was asked for photos, so I sent photos. They said the photos were unclear because of the wood background, my opinion differs and I would attach photos here if I could. Oddly, they stated they could only see a couples bubbles in the shades. That doesn't warrant any action I guess. They requested more photos, I'm not taking the lights apart again and taking more photos. Apparently a few bubbles in each of the glass pieces is fine with them. So if it's fine with you to have bubbles in the glass pieces then go ahead and buy these. The rest of the product, as I stated, is of good quality. I just removed a star for the futile waste of my time in this process,

I ordered the light fixture on-line, never having purchased anything with your company before. It was in stock and came in a timely manner. It hasn't been installed yet, but I'm hoping it will work, which often seems to be a problem these days.
