I ordered a light that was marked for exterior use. After speaking to my electrician he informed me that in order to be used in a covered porch and properly handle humidity and other non climate controlled indirect issues, it needed a UL Damp rating. While inquiring customer service assured me that it was suitable, but after pressing more, they informed me it was dry only - but somehow still suitable for exterior use - completely against the guides of UL and my electrician. I tried to return the item but was informed shipping of $120 would be my responsibility. So to recap - they fraudulently marketed an item which I purchased - when confronted with the facts and safety issues of installing a light that was not properly for the use in which it was intended, their response was to pay $120 to return their item.
