Was very anxious addressing my financial situation but once I spoke with Gemma on the first call I was soon put at ease with lots of reassurance and guidance.Gemma explained all my options without making me feel pressured. I found the experience less daunting the more I spoke with Gemma and I am appreciative of her patience and understanding.Would fully recommend this service to anyone who finds themself in a similar situation to mine.

I was hesitant to enter a Trustdeed at first. But I decided to pick up the phone and call Harper McDermott, where I was given a tonne of useful information as to how it works and what the next steps would be. I ended up entering there and then during that phone call, and it's one of the best things I've done. It's been nothing but a smooth and painless process from start to finish. There were a couple of times I needed assistance from my Trustee (approval for monthly instalments for car insurance etc) and it was a same day response with an approval letter each time. If anyone has the same hesitation that I had before entering a Trustdeed, give these guys a call and your mind will be put at ease. Time to live my life debt free! Cheers guys.
