I enquired online to see if I was eligible for a trust deed. Once filled out the online information I had a phone call from Andy who was lovely and talked me through everything. He explained everything in great detail and went over a few things twice if I didn't get it at first. Andy kept me upto date with each stage and would contact me when the time was suitable for me. I had a few calls with other members of the team I have forgotten names but they were all absolutely amazing so friendly. If you are thinking of using them I would definitely recommend them, they are all down to earth and easy to chat too

This wasn't an easy decision to enter into a trust deed but I was at the point of suicide as the debts kept mounting up. The first call is the hardest as it's embarrassing,nauseating and it's entering another financial contract. I really can't emphasise enough how amazing these people are and how they do their job.
