I had a very smooth process from the minute I requested a call back, my adviser Peter Gemmell was extremely patient and understanding of my situation. He managed to advise me of various plans so I can make a proper informed decision tailor based around myself, my monthly debt re-payments were leaving me overdrawn and full of worries and now I see light at the end of the tunnel with one monthly debt repayment which is affordable to me.
