Absolute shambles of a company, avoid at all costs, placed an order, it arrived damaged, replacement sent, not delivered, replacement sent again 2 days later, not delivered, I've wasted 2 days of my working week waiting for the delivery, avoid using this company

So disappointed.unable to help. Ordered 2 bath panels, asked the delivery team to leave it them in a foyer (of communal flats) because the delivery slot was a 7am to 8pm one, and the flat is currently unoccupied..not possible at all, no other options (deliver to another address but don't have a van to transport !!) so had no choice but to cancel the order almost as quickly as it was placed. Very sorry not a helpful agent/delivery company at all.

"Appalling service"
Appalling service. The product was out of stock and were not advised of this when ordering it. Given a 20 day delivery time frame after the order was placed. We advised them this was not acceptable and cancelled order immediately. They still took the money even though we cancelled the order before they had taken it. Advised now that they will keep the money for up to 14 days and refund it. Extremely poor service and all avoidable. I would avoid using Victorial Plum

"Could not supply missing part!!!!"
Unfortunately I didn't receive good customer service from the cs advisors at Victoria Plum. Ordered a new shower screen to fit over the Easter weekend, everything went to plan with fitting, on to the very last part of the instructions I realised I was missing a cap that covers the screw on the handle, I thought never mind, I'll contact cs and I'm sure they would send one out! I was told they couldn't supply that part, I said supply a new handle, they said find a cap and we will reimburse me, I said no chance in me finding a square cap to fit the handle, they then said case closed!!! Stay clear from this shoddy company and be aware if you are missing bits, there is a chance that you won't get spares!!
