Very poor quality products, which don't last. Be wary of reviews on here written to early. They may look fine when the first arrive. But most of their products will last less than a year or 2.And the customer service consists of waiting in a phone queue, or talking to a bot.Update: after an hour, I managed to speak with a human. Yay. But they are unable to resolve my issue until next week. I shall keep you posted

There were various small parts missing rendering the shower cabin useless. As we don't have the wheels we are unable to put the doors on. Online chat 1 said "tough, you are 72hrs after delivery", another time they said they would email back but haven't. I have spent 4 hours on hold trying to speak to a person. I left it on hold for nearly an hour and only got from number 8 to 4 in the queue. I don't do a job where I can sit with my phone playing hold music for 2 hours. There appears to be no customer services if it goes wrong. I have however had over 20 sales emails trying to sell me more product, when really I just want them to supply the remainder of the product I paid a lot of money for. Update 25/4/24. After leaving this review Victoria Plum did then get in contact, and were very apologetic and rectified the problem.
