They quickly responded to attempt to solve the issue, helped me try multiple solutions but couldn't figure out the cause of the issue at first, within a few hours of that they managed to fix the issue on their end and the connection began working again. The person on the phone during the call was really helpful and attentive. The customer service experience was great and I really appreciated how quick they were to resolve the issue.
