been having horribly WIFI and the previous help from ask4 was mediocre at best. luck was on my side as the god of Wi-Fi and supports where on my side when the live chat connected me to ben. let me tell you this man walked me throw the full diagnostics, explained everything in a way that i could understands, went out of he's own way to make the proses essayer for me and throw the 1hr long live chat replied instantly, honesty this man should be a manger and showing people how to do there job because if everyone was as helpful as him the world would be a dream. personally to ben i owe you a drink XD

I have had an absolutely exceptional experience with ask4. Forgive my very long review but admittedly when I look on trustpilot these are the ones I read lol.Now, firstly, you have to remember that connection speeds may not always be the absolute best on a network with literally hundreds of users. With that being said, I have always found them perfectly good enough to play high demand games and stream comfortably with no hiccups, so keep that in mind because I know that's a common criticism of Ask4.What I am really here to talk about is the absolutely exceptional customer support. I really do not say that lightly because I am usually very difficult to persuade into writing a trustpilot review!In my experience it's not often nowadays that companies go out of their way to try and help you. Yet I consistently find that Ask4 is committed to this. On multiple occasions I have had great experiences with Ask4 support but this instance blew me away.This evening I unfortunately had to completely wipe my pc due to a critical failure. This involved wiping my hard drive and reinstalling windows from a usb. On restarting my pc it had new credentials, NO drivers, and was forcing me to connect to the internet via Ethernet to continue setting up. Naturally I panicked as it was 1am!!I plugged in to the Ethernet cable in my room and crossed my fingers, but unfortunately ask4 naturally didn't recognise my wiped pc's new credentials.In desperation I went on the ask4 website to contact them. I immediately (at 1am!!) connected to live chat on my phone with the lovely, patient Nkem. I had no access to my ask4 portal and had no idea where my new PC credentials could be found. Essentially my pc was a husk of what it once was - nightmare!I was walked through how to open command prompt even from the setup menu and locate my credentials. After sending over a quick image via email and confirming some information over live chat, Nkem manually authorised my connection!!! Honestly I couldn't believe it when my pc said "connected", I really was not expecting this to be sorted so easily, let alone at in the middle of the night!!! I literally wouldn't have been able to go to bed tonight if I hadn't had this support as the pc cannot safely turn off before it finishes setting up (thanks Microsoft for that one lol). Excuse me for writing like a child but honestly I cannot express enough about how exceptional this customer support was. Given the convoluted nature of my situation I would not have considered it unreasonable for ask4 to tell me there's nothing they could do, but they really wanted to help!To me, it doesn't matter how "brilliant" a service is if the customer service is a pain to deal with.For me, Ask4 is both a reliable network, and consistently provides the BEST customer service I have been in contact with in years.Thank you Nkem!

"Spoke to Azita, very helpful!...."
We spoke to a lovely member of staff called 'Azita'! We had a problem connecting to the WiFi network in our university apartment which we could not solve by ourselves, we called up the customer services number and after a short wait got through to Azita. She was very helpful and talked us though connecting all our devices which took over an hour with 2 call backs due to restarting our device, however Azita made this painless and very easy staying with us every step of the way and calling us back to give us updates and ideas! Great customer service!
