Poor internet service; although customer service responds quickly, they never offer solutions. Complaints are tedious to file, and representatives, while prompt, are dismissive and show no interest in resolving issues.

Had an issue with connecting to the Ask4 network and tried to resolve it independently but was not very successful. I called customer support and was connected very quickly to Gaia Marsiglione, who assisted me very well, and in a very friendly, polite and patient manner. She rectified the issue, and explained the steps I needed to do to connect to the network, of which I have now successfully done. Very happy with the support I received today.
