"Device Connection Issues"

I was struggling to connect my devices to the wifi so I rang customer service and spoke to Ahmed who was very helpful. I'm now all connected.

"Very slow response time"

Very slow response time. I raised a ticket about bad Internet connection on Thursday 20th , and wasn't resolved until 27th. Even though their SLA promises 99.94 availability.

I had a problem of not beeing able to use the wired internet connection. Because the issue was a bit more complicated sadly the first level support wasn't that useful. Luckily the second level support (Anna) was able to quickly resolve the issue.
