"Five stars for the first month's usage."

I like the responsive and friendly approach by the support team.Some of the missing HBAR transaction history in the global Wallet record is a bit concerning, but the crypto balance is intact. Would be great to have 2FA security system implemented. So far, no security breaches, but should never underestimate the cleverness of hackers.Will a wallet be created for XDC crypto soon?

Company Reply: Hi Midgen! There is an issue with HBAR in the wallet currently due to the third- rty provider. Your HBAR balance may be zero or incorrect, sending can be impossible.Your funds are safely stored on the blockchain. Our dev team is looking into the issue as we speak and we hope to return to stable work soon.2FA makes sense mostly for custody services. But it won't help when using decentralized wallets as global Wallet, where you fully control assets by owning private keys. If someone gets your 12 words, he can restore the wallet on any device, disregarding your 2FA protection. So take care of your backup and you will be safe!global wallet doesn't support XDC and we are not planning to add XDC to the wallet in the future.Sorry for the inconvenience.

"Fantastic product"

Fantastic product! Great UI and UX, not to mention all the staking options they have. Even their native token that you can earn insane interest on. Have had this wallet about a year now and have been so pleased to see it continue to grow and innovate. The ability to purchase crypto within the wallet is a gamechanger. They have everything.

Easy and fast and secure. There are a good number of cryptocurrencies, I wish there will be more on the list.

"4 stars. Could use improvements."

I have sent and received various coins/tokens to different wallets. I have staked. I have had no issues so far and everything seems to transact well and I get my staking rewards. Why 4 stars instead of 5? I would like to see more information about the validators before staking such as ranking, location of validator, how long they been in operation, commission rates or APY, any lock up periods. Also how many days remaining on lock up periods and/or frequency of rewards. Currently I have to go hunting this down on other sites which is very time consuming. While this is quite good (4 stars) I think there is a lot or room for improvement to make the user experience better.

It does not implement segwit addresses. The BTC receipt address is always the same, it should be possible to change with each new deposit.
