waiting to get my rugs now, but when I 1st ordered I was told I would be able to change the delivery date...not true, I spend over an hour on the phone with fedex and then more time with rugs.com. NO ONE could do this. so far this has been the only problem and its still a problem for me

Easy to use site, I would have it a 5 out of 5 except the PayPal "thing" bugs me. A pop up comes up when PayPal is chosen and lets you know the order can only be shipped to the PayPal address, I have no issue and love PayPal, but... why do I still have to fill in the shipping details on the site if they use the PayPal info?
