Great selection, very quick shipping, and nice product. I ordered stair tread rugs and they are beautiful, only thing that wasn't ideal is that since they are hand woven there is some discrepancy in length - a bit more of a range than I'd like but I'm still happy with them and the shopping experience.

I ordered a runner for my hallway. The rug is ok but the quality wasn't as high as i expected. I am still trying to get the corners to stay down.. I am still trying to decide if I should return it. I do like the design and was having a difficult time finding the right thing elsewhere.

The selection is very good. The descriptions and photos were pretty accurate. The ,'view in your room' option is extremely helpful but could use some directions. The rug looks even better than its pictures, the color is rich and it is softer and thicker than expected. I was relieved to see that the rug came rolled rather than folded which was the source of some prior customer complaints. However, the shipping dept carelessly wrapped it too tight creating a crease that I hope will work itself out. Hope I don't have to use the 30 day return. We really like this rug.
