"A bit confused at first"

Received the rugs in a timely fashion though I have to admit I thought my order was messed up as only 1 rug arrived by UPS. When I went back to double check my shipping confirmation I saw were the smaller rug was sent by UPS but the large rug was sent by FedEx. Two different shipping companies used. UPS won the race! That shipment arrived at my door a good 6 hours before the FedEx shipment.

My grandmother wanted to get a new rug prior to having what will be her last Easter in her home. She 100.i flew at great expense to her home so she wasn't made to prepare for the delivery. Late last night I chatted with customer service and was informed that the order was canceled because it was going to take too long to arrive. I have checked with my bank and no refund was processed and the rugs.com site still shows my order.I WWA,MYKK NEED A NEW RUG TOMORROW. BUT THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED THE MONEY NO ONE FROM Management will call me ir take my calls. This a disaster

Just unpacked my new rugs and they are beautiful. Just what I needed for tile floors. They are a high/low shag and feel wonderful under foot. Pleased with this selection. Also, true to the description on yoursite.
