The online service was fine, and the ordering was fine. However, this is the ugliest rug I have ever owned. I would like to know how to return it. For the price I paid I am OK with the quality, however, the colors are way more vivid than portrayed. If I could return, I would go with a more neutral. Easy ordering process. Quick delivery. Love my new runner. Only downside is their rug pad with felt uses Pvc for their antislip substance (per the live chat rep). We ordered the rug pad elsewhere because our LVP manufacturer only recommends using rubber-backing.
