I had a horrible experience watching the March Madness Game (Perdue vs Tennessee). I purchased a ticket in section M34, Row 1, Seat 5 more than a month ago, I couldn't wait to see the game. The person seated same row, seat number 4, was very rude. She spilled beer on me. She occupied my cup holder(I had just one), when I asked to use other one she replied in a very rude manner and refused to free it. I left my place in a middle of a game to find usher of my Section. He wasn't there. I had to go to guest services to ask someone to help me. Other person came to me, to resolve that situation. But she was struggling to find other spot, but finally barely found the new seat for me. I missed half of the second half. I really disappointed for wasting $300 for spoiled game. Btw, the day before better tickets I could get for $150

Nice happening. Entrance sucked, due the "clear"-fast lane passing us. We were second on the queue, but had to wait 20 minutes before getting in after the doors were opened.
