Being a first time ticket buyer through Vivid I'd say it was a very confusing experience. Got to the door and in good time but had to go to the ticket office back through the crowd to have them help transfer the tickets to ticket master. Finally I mean finally got in and too seats. Nice seats. then was told we had to register our names so ran back out to try to figure out the register part of it. Just wanted a chance to be picked. Got back to seat just in time. Really liked the idea that the people chosen had sister partners in the crowd to get the same prize. Also liked the idea of random people winning throughout the show for gift packages. Nice to utilize more people that way. The showcase at the end is impossible to win if have to be $100 with in the showcase. If they actually told people what kind of car it was. but nobody thought that was fair at all. The pricing was to be Canadian alot of people thought they were American..overall was uplifting but got kind of touchy the way the announcer asked some fairly personal questions to the guests on stage. I think pushed some buttons
