DO NOT use this company. They are not even the actual printer. They farm-out all their jobs and you have to go back and forth with them to calling the actual printer who did your job. The customer service rep, was yelling at me and told me that "they assumed I didn't want to pay for 2 day air shipping" when in fact, I pleaded and called 5 times to see if it could be shipped out OVERNITE air to make a tradeshow deadline. All i got was back and forth with different reps until the manager came on and yelled at me and said that the printer they used for my job, does not have a contract with FedEx or UPS for overnight shipping! Total disaster and going to a tradeshow without our literature.
