"Impossible to speak to someone working on my product!"

The company was great at producing the product quickly. but it was impossible to talk to someone about the product I was submitting. Customer service could not answer my questions. They had no idea what I was asking of them. I wanted to talk to someone that was actually working on the product but I couldn't get ahold of anyone. The stamp they produced is not what I submitted. One of the stamps is too large and needs to be redone. I cannot even get ahold of someone to reproduce it.

"Great Results but a lot of pre-work for photos"

Selection of the Holiday photo card was easy and many options were available, I started very late in the Holidays; yet Print123 was able to prepare, print, and ship in a timely manner. Online help was always available and very knowledgeable. The end result was excellent.Drawback was the amount of time (several hours) and work that I had to spend to get my photos to fit the appropriate windows. I had hoped that automatic shrinking would occur, but not so. I had to use my PC apps to downsize and cut my pictures to get them to fit and display the portions I wanted. You can position the photo by moving it around but no resizing without doing it on your own. I am not sure I am willing to spend that much time next year.
