"123Print's work is usually very good but not this time."

123Print's work is usually very good (except for their packaging which is still questionable), however this order had problems. Square business cards are usually a big hit, and I ordered a few sets this time for our new folks. Unfortunately, one set came back on a different style than I ordered, and another had half the order printed significantly off-registration. Their quality control fell apart on this order.

Easy and fun to create my own writings in the cards I ordered with the colors I chose. Fast shipping, quality products! Used them last year, this year and will every year!

We needed custom Post-It notes and 123Print made it easy and quick. The initial discount made it affordable. The only issue we had was the saved cart could not be opened by our purchasing department. Apparently, carts are saved locally to a specific computer, not the account.

We did receive our order in a timely manner however, we also received someone's else's order as well. Leads me to believe someone is just shipping and not reviewing the orders. I called customer service who apologized for the error. When asked if I should return the product her response was no, we do not accept returns just discard them. Errors like this cost the company money!!!!!
