"Left in the pouring rain with little protection"

The return address labels are fine, however they were shipped in a thin box that was left on my front step in the pouring rain, in the dark. Had I not inadvertently opened the door I would never have realized they were there. The thin box was SOAKED and had almost started to seep into the roll of labels. No knock, no email saying they'd been delivered, and no protective wrapping. UPS could have knocked on my door.
