From time of order to delivery was excessively long. When I finally received the CONFIRM of the Order, It was wrong. I called and a very helpful and kind agent discovered herself that what I was to confirm wasn't what I had ordered. She corrected it on her end but then it took several more weeks for the product to arrive.
