I am not happy .I was sent by mail an offer to reorder the same rack cards for my business. i copied the numbers off of the offer and reordered .When the order arrived it was a tri fold and this was not my choice. I called and tried to get someone to help but all i was offered is a reduced rate on reordering more rack cards. I ordered 1000 rack card and ended up with really bad tri folds that i cannot use . Not happy will never order again with this company

The initial design process was super simple and fast to do. The cards were even shipped relatively quickly (under a week) which made our lives a whole lot easier! Definitely will be ordering again once we run out of cards.

Everything arrived in a timely manner. But what I appreciated most, was the response time. I noticed a few inconsistencies in my print. I appreciated the fact that someone reached out to me in a business day with a response. Even more, they helped me find an actual solution (rather than putting a useless auto response). I appreciate their time and attention to the matter, saved the very helpful information, and most definitely will be ordering again. Worth. Every. Penny.

"I'm mostly happy with the sign I got"

I'm mostly happy with the sign I got, the colors are good and I received it very quickly. However, the foam board it's on is kind of textured and it would have been nice to have that little smoother and just a little thicker. Also, I had a beast of a time on the website trying to get the text to line up where I wanted it to and to choose the font size. I don't know what was going on but I found it extremely hard to use. Could have been the website could have been me but I have a fair amount of computer experience.
