Design team really took their time to make sure my custom design is set up properly b4 it gets into production.

I chatted with on-line assistant during the order and explained that the graphic wasn't coming out right. S/He sid to add a memo to the order explaining what I told them. I did that. The pads came with the same incorrect graphic. I contacted customer service: no response. Any should have been able to look at the pads and known there was something wrong. Really disappointed and would like resolution.

I was a bit disappointed when I opened the box. The labels were dirty, and ink smears were visible. I tore off all of the dirty labels and decided to keep the rest.

The printing experience was great. The printed items look nice. The issue is that I ordered 1,000 envelopes and they only sent me 500. I had to call and complain that I only had half of my order. They did another print and sent me the other half, but that is unacceptable. Be sure and count your order! They get 2.5 starts out of 5.
