"Well-made but design was off"

The product itself was great, well-made and arrived so fast. Except there was an error with one of the text boxes. The text was supposed to appear at the bottom and my business card, but instead it appeared in the center if the card, ruining the design. I can't find where to contact you for help, either.EDIT: I spoke to someone who works for them and they fixed my order for free! I'm going to buy from theses guys again!

"Wrong order"

Contacted customer service to let them know my cards had borders. In my preview I had set it to borderless. They would do a reprint but charge me half the amount!!!

The picture I sent them has a cream colored background and the last time I ordered my labels they printed them with a purple hue on one side. I pointed it out and they reprinted and sent me new labels. The new ones still had the purple on the edge. I re-ordered these same labels many months later expecting them to be back to the normal color, however they are even MORE purple across the whole picture. Extremely disappointing.
