The guys were in and out in minutes and it was a heavy couch! I was so impressed! The communication was amazing too, I love being given a time slot and a tracking link as it helps me plan my day!

Had 2 large pieces of furniture I wanted to donate to Sue Ryder Cancer Charity. I was given a date for collection then received confirmation the evening before of a 90min slot. I was able to track my collection time which was helpful and Alex and Ashley not only turned up on time, they were very polite, friendly, considerate and treated my 2 donations with great care. Excellent service from Boxmove!

Text day before with an hours arrival window. Arrived within time slot on the day, even sent a text to say they were on the way. The 3 man crew (Tristan,Ryan and Darren) very polite and helpful. Highly recommend.

Perfect! Bulky item delivered and carried upstairs by 2 friendly chaps, with no damage caused (they dismantled the item downstairs into 2 parts to make it easier to carry, and then reassembled it upstairs) - I'm very happy :-) Thank you!
