"Problem free collection"

I was kept up to date with all aspects of the collection. A text the previous evening giving me a realistic time frame which was very accurate. A text prior to arrival telling me I was next for collection. Friendly and professional staff moved the sofa downstairs all safe with no problems. Thank you.

"Bizarre system"

It's very weird that you only get told your slot the night before, and it's always in the morning. Due to health issues I can't be available in the morning, but they send the text so late in the evening that I've no way to tell them that. This happened with three pick ups in a row that had to keep being rescheduled despite me telling them I can't physically get up that earlyas a result the charity lost out on a perfectly good sofa, and I got blamed despite having no say in the appointment time.Also happened with a sofa I tried to buy, and I lost the $35 delivery fee. Had to return the sofa so the charity lost out there too. Funny enough, Boxmove still got paid. Don't know why they expect things to be entirely at their convenience, regardless of others' needs and availability. This is a customer service issue that they could resolve easily with some basic courtesy. Will not be buying furniture from or donating furniture to any charity that uses Boxmove.

Nigel and Joe were very helpful. They moved all furniture quickly and efficiently despite us being on the 4th floor of a high rise building, and reliant on the lift. Very pleased with excellent service.
