I blew up my Wahl 5 Star detailer on a recent trip to England - who knew it wasn t dual voltage, doh ?!!! Looking for a replacement I stumbled upon BeautyWellness who had the best price. After creating an account and trying to purchase, I got conflicting messages on the website - it was either available or sold out. I ordered one anyway, and left a bit of a sarcastic message on their chatline as it was a Sunday. Well, within an hour I was phoned by someone from the company. It appears I was ordering the last one, so was probably confusing their site with my dithering about. The detailer arrived as ordered, so best prices AND fantastic customer service. Highly recommended
