I am a new customer. I ordered an Avanti Wet dry flat iron that I had previously owned and was very happy with the performance. When I received the flat iron I noticed that the flashing Indicator was not working properly. I immediately contacted customer service and was connected to Charlie. Charlie was very professional and walked me through the trouble shooting. He assured me that another flat iron would be delivered to me if the troubleshooting did not work. The replacement flat iron was delivered in a few days and I am very happy it. I am very impressed with the excellent customer service from Charlie. He was very responsive and kept in contact with me by email and by phone every step of the way to ensure that I was satisfied with the replacement iron. I will definitely be returning customer. The prices are excellent and the customer service is friendly and unbeatable. ?

I don t usually leave reviews but the service I had from this company was fantastic! I purchased clippers and a base for my daughter for Christmas and they contact me immediately to let me know that when they went to process my order, the base was no longer in stock. They sent an email to me letting me know this and asked me what I would like to do. If I would like a full refund, or if I would like them just to send the clippers and the base at a later date or wait until the base was back in stock and then send everything together. I asked that they send the clippers and send the base at a later date. I had my clippers within four days. I was absolutely amazed. My daughter was beyond ecstatic with the clippers. I have had nothing but great experiences as newer shopper with beauty wellness. I have made 4-5 orders and they have always come right ontime, packed carefully with my invoice checked off personally one by one. The site is easy to navigate and they have excellent prices. Checkout is secure and easy to fill out. For the last 20 years I have purchased supplys instore at the beauty supply stores in my city, but decided to check out some competition online and really glad I did. I m paying a substantially lower amount than I m paying at the local beauty supplier and it saves me wasted trips when my old supplier was out of the products (quite often) that I needed. I have been able to get all my supplys from beauty wellness except for perms(hopefully in the near future, im not even sure if perms can be shipped) I will continue to fill my orders through beauty wellness monthly unless of cource I need something immeditly.
