Beauty Wellness delivered prompt and very courteous costumer service! I hadn t heard of them before so I wasn t sure what to expect. My product arrived within 48 hours. After my order was delivered, I didn t realize it was actually in my mailbox so I called the CSR line. Not only did someone pick up right away, they were very happy to help me locate my package which was in my mailbox. They also stayed on the phone until I opened it to ensure a successful delivery. They go above and beyond - I had accidentally input the wrong postal code during one order and he reached out to clarify my postal code before shipping it out. i was a bit hesitant at first to order from a site i wasn t familiar with due to all the fraudulent sites i hear about. i was desperate to get rusk thickr hairspray as the site i d been ordering from stopped carrying it. it isn t sold in the city i live in. i looked at several sites before finding yours. when i placed my order it kept saying it couldn t validate my visa location. i sent a message asking about it and got a phone call early the next day. the gentleman was so helpful and assisted me so i could enter it. the hairspray arrived quickly and i am so relieved i ve found beautywellness and can order more when i want it. thank heaven for your wonderful customer service.

If all companies could have such an amazing customer service, it would be heaven! I tried to reach the company after placing an order because I was having second thoughts about my choice., I had to leave a message because their offices had closed for the day. 10 minutes later, they called me back and spent 20 minutes on the phone with me to help chose the right product for my needs.
