I had no idea where to start when it came to selling our first home. Steve came round to do our valuation, he gave us lots of honest advice (he reminds me of Martin Lewis - very knowledgeable, full of tips and a lovely chap!)Our house was put on the market and within the first week we had 18 viewings and 7 offers! The team worked their socks off with the bookings, they kept us in the loop throughout and took note of our work schedules (pinging a quick WhatsApp message for convenience). I mainly dealt with Josh from the Willerby Branch and he deserves so much recognition! His customer service is outstanding. He broke everything down for me, he translated all of the confusing lingo and he ensured I understood everything properly. Josh answered my every call, he gave me regular updates and he was there for me throughout the whole process. I couldn't ask for anything more from a Property Specialist - thanks again Josh! Beercocks have been very professional from the outset from organising a viewing to now proceeding with the purchase of our new property!They have been the only estate agents to make sure we were still attending our viewing which was reassuring seeing as we live 250 miles away.Katie was absolutely spot on throughout the process, upon viewing pretty much just left us to it with no pressure which is always personally our preferred way to view. Spam spam spam! I used one of their online tools as I was looking around at house estimate prices for my property. I'm usually pretty good to check/uncheck boxes for businesses to not get in touch with me unless I want them too. Before I knew it I had 2 calls/2voicemails from Beercocks and I've been added to ALL of their email subscriptions. Needless to say it's put me right off having anything to do with them in the future. I understand if someone is potentially going to sell their house they want the business but I felt like I've been bombarded with spam and harassment from the company.
